Kids & Teens 

Our youth classes are designed to help kids and teens build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Our Kids class (45 min) introduces younger children, aged 9-12, to movement through engaging games and drills, developing foundational strength, coordination, and body awareness. Our Teens class (45 min) is tailored for ages 12-17, focusing on strength and conditioning to support overall fitness or enhance performance in other sports. Led by experienced coaches, these sessions encourage an active lifestyle while fostering teamwork and resilience.

PRICING

$170 for 1 session per week

$320 for 2 sessions per week

$17 for once off casual visits

We accept Active Kids vouchers and if you are Fitness Passport your pricing is as follows;

Fitness Passport Kids & Teens pricing:

  • $90 for 1 session per week

  • $200 for 2 sessions per week

  • $10 for once off casual visits
