EXPERIENCE
Callum brings elite athletic experience and a deep understanding of performance training to POWR. A former international middle-distance runner, now progressing from athlete to coach, he specialises in strength and conditioning, helping clients unlock their potential.
Using his knowledge from running outdoor bootcamps in London, to build sessions that are fun, challenging, and results-driven.
“My aim is to create a positive environment to help people push themselves to improve their wellbeing whether that is to build muscle, lose fat, get fitter or improve their mental health.“

Level 2 & 3 Personal Trainer
Level 4 Strength & Conditioning
